The Alpine Motor Inn is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your information. Any information
collected from you is for the sole purpose of contacting you in response to your inquiries or to process a
reservation for you. We do not share or sell your private confidential information to anyone.
Pets are welcome at the Alpine Motor Inn and we want to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for you and your fellow
guests. So please observe the following guidelines:
||Please tell us you're bringing your pet when you reserve your room,
as a surcharge of $ 5 / night will apply.
||Any damages to the room caused by your pet will be added to your credit card.
||Please keep your pet on a leash in public areas at all times and note that in
certain areas, such as the pool and the Alpine Motor Inn Gift Shop, your pet will not be admitted.
||We would prefer that your pet not be left unattended in your room. If you need to
leave without your pet, please inform the front desk and leave a contact number where you can be reached
should your pet become agitated.
||Should your pet have any accidents on the premises, please clean up after him or
her promptly or ask for assistance to do so.
||Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be out of
the room with your pet, so that our housekeeping team can service your room.
Lobster is everything that they say it is - "Ambrosia from the Gods". However, when lobster is
consumed in your hotel room, its very strong scent can linger for days afterwards. This makes it
impossible for us to book the room to the next guest, on the next day. Therefore, a charge of
$ 150.00 will be applied to your credit card to offset the loss of rental and to allow for thorough
sanitization of the room. You can ask our friendly staff about ways to enjoy your lobster without
incurring extra costs.
Most of our rooms are non-smoking but we have a few rooms in which we can accommodate smokers. Please tell
us if you need a designated smoking room when you call or email us to make your reservation.
Reservations not cancelled 48 hours before scheduled arrival time (2 pm) will be charged one night's
accommodation. "No Shows" will also be charged one night's accommodation. Please note that we
strictly practice these cancellation policies. If you are running late, we would appreciate a
call. For more than one night's accommodation, the room will not be held after the first night
for "No Shows" unless arrangements have been made in advance.
